schwing, clearmind c21cpw23, elders... . 2 1/2  years later

wow... you were the words of reality and wisdom when I landed here 2 1/2 years ago.

I am divorced, no. lost basically to BPDX and lawyers.

share 50 50 custody of 11 yr old dd. 1 block away from BPDX, in tiny town.

Extremely geographically isolated

no counselors helped, no one got it really have had one friend at a time supporting me through this.and a few of my kids hundreds of mikes away.

It has always really choked me when here to read the part about using all the counseling, and friends and family.

Because some people really don't have any supportive friends or family.

And I was one.

So if you are somebody who has NO support ... . write me !

My dilemma, I am being manipulated between sick (diagnosed, but I dont get to know what)

tringulating with Extremely manipulkative BPDX, My 34 year old son and grandchildren in the middle, I am REJECTED from sons family.

son takes "responsibility " Covering for his Bi-Polar ?BPD? wife.

It hurts being e=rejected.

BPDX still manages to rip my heart out through son and grandchildren still ?

I need validation. of some kind

nona i have a lot of sympathy for your situation. when my marriage exploded i was faced with how socially isolated i was without it. i too read comments here about how people can lean on their family and their many friends and i wince. i have no sibs, no children, no aunts or uncles, and one parent who isn't in a position to do much, and what she does usually unhelpful. i can count friends on the fingers of one hand, and they mostly live in another city. i do have cousins and they've all come through big but only two live closeby (i went to another country to spend new year's with others).

and while cyberspace isn't real life, this board helps immeasurably. it's important to keep in mind, even if you're not in immediate touch with them, that there are people who really know. don't forget that, and keep posting!
