better tonight...

... . rather than being depressed like this morning. The kids' god mother was watching them today. Posted a pic on FB. I called her to say goodnight to the kids so I didn't have to talk to their mom. Talked to S4, then their mom got on the phone. Foiled! Talked a bit about custody issues. I could hear the detachment in her voice. Easy, since she didn't have to deal with the kids all day. Asked to have the kids all next weekend since her mom is coming home... at this point, I feel like she'll get off scott free, since when she is stressed, she'll run to her mom's, and won't have to deal with the kids by herself. I don't have any one to run to, nor do I need it. This is my new reality. There is no justice in the way I think of it. She's free from me (and I from her... . yet our new r/s will always be heavily loaded on my side). I need to live in my new reality and accept it. Darn it. Not depressed tonight. Got touch up painting done. Next weekend will be an opportunity to get at least the hallway repainted, since I need a second day to touch up. Maybe even the kitchen which will take more time. The weekend after, take the kids out of town to see my mom and friends. Something to look forward to, getting them out of this city plasticize fakeness... . the truth lies in dirt, which is why D1 loves playing with it, my little baby scientist. .

Bro!
You are doing so well!
Me paining? Never!
With my heart being broken?
Forget it!
You are doing it. And making plans for the near future.
You are doing great!
HUGs to you from Pacific Northwest!

Thanks... I used to live outside of Portland. Came back to Cali in '00. Took her for an awesome trip there in Year 1, '07, rode down Mt Ranier on a motorcycle, Hurricane Ridge, Seattle, Portland, Mt Hood, all of the waterfalls... . she complained the whole time... . an awesome trip ... for anyone except a pwBPD who runs by a script of "the perfect day." What was thinking?

Hey, it happens, Bro!
I live in Portland and moved here from LA just over 7 years ago.
I'd been married for 10 years. Have dated amazing women.
And then, in this small town ran into something that almost killed me. A totally new, unknown beast.
I've always bragged about how I've experienced every possible situation but I had no idea about BPD!
And here I am!
Funny!
I am smiling. And you should to!
The nightmare will eventually end. You are on the right track.
Please, remember, you are not her victim.
