VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

You know as painful as it is to hear others here sharing their ordeals it also brings relief

As you understand most friends and family just dont get it

Your significant other seems to undermine your sense of self and you find yourself in constant conflict about what reality even is and what do with it all to save yourself

Thank goodness i  have found this site

Im gonna take it as a measure of my wellness on the path to recovery back to me

It took me until the relationship was over but here i am anyway feeling truly grateful to find you all

Thank you
