So... . I haven't been here for a while because things have been mostly ok and anyways I've been very busy- too busy with tackling the "not-so-ok" bits to post here. But something weird happened last night and I don't know how to tackle it.
Basically, uBPDh has been moody recently (haha, is there anytime he isn't?); he's been under pressure at work and in church. When I can, I try to listen to him and validate, but he always find faults in whatever I say (at least I tried... . ).
Last night, I went to bed before him. When he came in, I felt him throw a T-shirt on my face (not painful or anything, I just felt there was something thrown at me). Then several times during the night he kicked me (again, not painful but enough to wake me, especially since I wasn't having a deep sleep anyway). He also once pulled my blankets from me (we were using separate blankets), and once he flipped over and his leg went on mine, which means I couldn't move and also because it was heavy I couldn't sleep as well. I did ask him if he was awake but he didn’t answer nor move his leg.
Problem is, I'm not completely sure if all of these things happened. I'm sure the blanket and the leg-over-my-leg thing did (I was awake, I had to look around…), but the other 2 could also be things I imagined/ dreamt about, although I’m inclined to think they really happened.
This morning I didn’t mention these things, but of course it kept on replaying in my head and I wonder if he did those intentionally or they happened when he was asleep and he wasn’t aware of it. I tend to think it was intentional (he has a way of keeping me from sleeping when he can’t sleep). But I don’t know if I should bring it up, or what it will achieve. If he did this on purpose and I bring it up, then he will have the satisfaction of knowing it worked and it kept me up most of the night. And anyway he may not admit to it. If it’s not intentional then it will sound like I’m blaming him or something he didn’t do, which will lead to no good ending…
What would do you if it were you?
