Here i am alone and tired feeling crazy myself taking non perscribed citalopram just to make it through the day. While shes out raving going crazy having the time of her life. I dont think im ever going to be ok its been 3 months nc i made mistake of checking in on fb what a mess up. Been drinking and smoking feel like im falling into a black hole im never gonna get out mind is feeling fragile and the body. Its not getting any better i feel worse now than when we broke up i cant figure anything out. Ahhhh help.

please know that how you are feeling in normal. I don't know your back story but I can honestly say that I have been exactly where you are and totally understand how you feel. So know you are not alone.

feel free to expand upon what happened in your relationship if you want. Was this a marriage?  Was this your gg?  How long were you together?

but what is more important is that you take care of yourself.

although totally understandable, try nit to torture yourself by checking on her social media... . and try and get professional prescribed meds. Self medicating is never really a good thing. And just know that this will pass eventually... . you have my word on that.

Hi wp it was a 10 year ride she was my gf we never married she always changed the goal posts. Things didnt seem to bad till the end when i watched her transform into her new work pals she became a complete stranger too me right before my eyes then smashed my head into the dirt before she left. Waif type cluster b. I believed all her lies i loved how dangerous she felt to handle dam mess.

I feel your pain. I had 7 years of it and a sudden hateful ending.

Only got closure when she unravelled and tried to break in when I was out. Cops involved and it made me see the light.

Don't check FB or anything else and remember that she won't be having the good time it looks like. They are incapable of having anything real. It will fade, whenever it is.
