How can I stop myself?

I now know without a shadow of doubt that no good can come of this so why am I still hooked in. My exBPD has told me he loves someone else but yet he still got me on a string. We went out on Friday and spent the night together, I went away for the weekend he has been with this other woman.
Last night he asked to borrow money (again) and I took it round he was very drunk. We ended up giving his friend a lift home and then he took my car keys off me and drove my car like he wanted to kill us. He was caught by police and arrested. I know I need to run a mile but all I can do is think and worry for him, Ive got his dog his phone his flat keys. I want to get away from him but I don't know how to deal with it mentally? Help please!

Hi Merlin... . If you truly want to end the relationship then you are going to need to be decisive and end it and don't look back. All the talk of going no contact is here for a reason. Because it's truly the only real way to break the painful addictive cycle you are in. YOU are the one who will have to make the changes needed to bring peace and happiness to your world.
It's going to be hard and it's going to be painful but it's the only real way to get off the merry go round. ... . . It's a very difficult place to be... .I know... . only you know if this what you want right now... .
