what next?

I am in the early stages of NC with my BPD. A mutual friend of ours asked me some questions and enlightened me about BPD as she had a former over that was one and thats how I got here. My xBPD began probing our friend after my enactment of BPD and I found put. I lost it and sent a text. It was crue and hurtful addressed her horrid parenting, her victim mentality, her sick relationship with a cousin. It was sent with the intent to hurt. Anyway I woke up to a voicemail that wasnt hurt or mad but inquisitive sounding "I cant believe we are never going to talk again?"

I maintained NC again. Now Im feeling whats next? SHe asked me mutiple times to get violent with her husband years ago and last month after I confronted her about some lies she made veiled gun threats. So any similar experiences? What should I worry about and look for?
