The ex broke.

I broke NC the first time, cause I saw a pic of her and the replacement on a Email I did for her when we where together... .I was pissed and basically sent her to hell by phone... .Totally stupid to do but I couldn't control myself... .Heck I didn't even knew much about BPD.
2 months later she sent me a text saying hi and asking me how the dog we rescued together was doing What the heck? Off course I am taking care of the dog cause she is to busy killing someone else little by little... I stayed NC... .
And I will stay NC!

It really all depends. In all of the recycles I had with my exBPDgf, sometimes I broke NC. Sometimes she did. In a way, its almost like a game to them sometimes. To see who will do it first. Who will cave in. If you break NC first, it gives them power and they will use it.
