My exBPD was practically falling apart?

May I ask, did your ex pwBPD suffer constantly from every single physical ailment you could possibly imagine? Mine was 28years old but was always texting me or asking me if these ailments would affect her for the rest of her life. She had fibromyalgia, OCD, BDD, IBS & quite severe eating disorders, namely binge eating & anorexia. She was obsessed with her looks, weight (down to counting every pound daily) and would also bizarrely send me photos of rashes, marks around her lips, unexplained bruises & even photos of how much hair she was losing when she washed it? She would talk all the time about all these issues & if I dared get exhausted with trying to listen, she would accuse me of not caring, being self centred & selfish? I've never met a young woman with so many physical ailments? She was literally at the doctors every day. Is this yet another significant trait of pwBPD? I guess I'm still trying to rubber stamp that this is what I've been dealing with :-/

My bf did the same thing he was always sick or in pain. One morning he was vomiting and went to the doctor made the doctor call me from his cell to tell me he was sending him to the hospital by ambulance. The doctor told him it was just a virus well 2 days later he was back to the hospital by ambulance yet again.

To elaborate further,

For me being nuteral and not involved with the spin cycle, I try to identify what role I am being made to play and then the different roles as well.  I try to see if I am being asked to be a rescuer or if I'm being made out to be a evil b@stard.  My ex always plays the victim.

I apply this to everything now and also make sure I dont start to play the victim as often as I can.

Mine also had some weird diseases. Firstly she suffered from Alopecia. It is a disease that makes the hair fall out. Ok, it could be in the genes, as her mother and sister also have it.

But BPD is most likely a gene thing.

Then she had these rashes round her stomach. Three of them, about and inch wide. They never went away. She said she had a very sensitive skin, and there was no cure for the rash.

Then she also got these pains in her lower abdomen at period time. In her first real job, at 34, she took about 36 days sick leave in the first 12 month of being employed. Apparently her doctor said it had something to do with her ovaries, and if she had a baby, it will go away.

Yip, the loneliness is tough, but I think that baby would have destroyed me completely. I just couldn't do it. It was like a 6th sense throwing warning signs at me.

My mother is a hypochondria and I am vulnerable to being one too.  I have found that the times in my life when I have a lot of physical unexplained ailments are during times when I am dealing with emotions I don't want to face.  Like when I'm in a bad r/s but in denial. I think it's my way of redirecting my attention, keeping myself distracted.  This could be why pwBPD seem to have many unexplained things, they certainly have a difficult time coping with their emotions.  Also, being in a constant state of stress can do a number on your physical body.  My ex was never relaxed, always very hyper vigilant and he had knots and pains all the time as well as headaches.
