My wife has started to show signs of BPD after pregnancy

I don't really know where to start except to say that my wife and I have 3 beautiful kids a 5yo and twin 2.5yo.  She never showed any signs of BPD until after the birth of the twins.  Initially she had post partum and now it looks like it morphed into this.

She is almost a text book case with the narcistic behavior, tormenting and being hurtfull.  because she never showed any signs of this before it took me forever to figure out what was going on.

I have finally gotten her to see a pyschiatrist and she is on meds but has a drinking problem which makes the meds and her mood even worse.

She has effectively isolated us from our friends and family and I guess i kinda just feel hurt and lost.  I don't know how much more i can take of this before I need to leave the relationship but i couldn't leave my children behind... .
