2 weeks ago i said to my ex i missed her, which was a false statement. I missed a relationship/companionship. She said she missed me too, but didn't want to meet. Anyway, i dont miss her at all. I fell in love with somebody else. Now she's not really on my mind anymore. I don't pay any attention to her anymore at work. Now she's trying to manipulate friends and coworkers. She's trying to be friends with them. Not really working, because they all know how crazy she is. Is this what they call triangulation and is she trying to get back at me, since i don't give her any attention?

it's very good that you know the distinction. i'd wager many can't separate these things.

however, in regards the things you say to her, what's your plan going forward?

I don't really have a plan. I just see what happens. Enjoy every day that she no longer has control over me.

And yes she is still on my mind because i see her every day. Not that i want to. She just tries to walk by as often as possible and tries to befriend colleagues who sit close to me. Outside work i don't really think about her anymore, which used to be different. 4 weeks ago i was thinking about her every moment of the day. So that's a nice change. It's just annoying that she is trying to befriend coworkers and friends. It feels like she is trying to take them away from me. Not sure how to stop her from doing that.
