  You are enough. You are worthy of love and deserve love. You are free to live your life as your own.   

This holiday season, may you read that enough to believe that it's true and to know you are whole just has you are... .  May I read it enough to know it's true, as well.  

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate     and Happy Holidays to those who celebrate something else. :D

So yes, I am a total cheat with that cut and paste, but the words are so perfect I could not resist!  Thank you for sharing that.  It helped to center me yesterday and I was not even aware I needed centering!
