DBT questions- seems there is hope? Anyone use this successfully?

When you read about DBT and watch the videos etc... It seems there is hope for these kinds of relationships.  Does anyone have experience with these ideas?  Have you had success?

Although my pwBPD is not in a DBT program, DBT programs have good success rates (patients have a significant reduction of suicidal tendencies) and are considered one of the most effective types of treatment for pwBPD.  DBT has also been used for managing relationships with non disordered people as well.  Good stuff all around.
