I'm living my first month away from exBPD.

So far I have been doing recovery and not trying at all to engage contact . Feels very strange. The end was tragic and out of no where. But it in a weird way doesn't surprise me. I could have done without the smear campaign. That took me into a bad place in my head ANGeR and hurt.

So it's going on a month in a week . She texted rude demands about not getting her stuff... .up until  a couple days ago. I stopped responding . I'm going through transition and I'm coming into a new place of less chaos and its not so bad. I miss her at times still have some pics up I am going through my own process of letting go. Slowly and kindly towards myself and what we shared. She stole our life in a impulsive tantrum of threats and we became none in a rapid way. I found it disturbing and disgusting !

Wondering if any one has some light at the end of the tunnel or experience w this type of ending ? How did you get through ?
