Ex's sister unblocked me... Why?

People on here familiar with my story know that I was one of the few to reach out to my ex's family members and get some sort of validating response. In paticular her fifteen year old sister spent several days assuring me I'd done nothing wrong and my ex has issues their family was more than aware of. At random points in the conversation she opened up to me about being bullied and that things weren't going well at home. We'd never met so I found it kinda odd she just threw this all at me.
This conversation went in circles though, and I got myself blocked. I deserved it IMO. This was back in 2013.
By the time 2014 rolled around and I had to capture facebook messages for the police, I noticed I had been strangely unblocked by the younger sister and had been for some time. Knowing how Facebook works, theres a pretty good chance she'd been viewing my profile. This is not the first time an underage girl has done something like this (my little cousins friend spent a month liking all my instagram pictures at 6am) to me so it didn't really bother me. Just found it odd.
Couple months ago I saw her on Tinder. She listed herself as a year older than me (23) despite being only 17, and her alleged location was six miles away compared to how she was actually on the other side of the city - far enough where I shouldn't have even seen her on there.
What do I make of all this?

I find it very difficult to glean any correlation with your exGF except that he sister might have put her up to it and is keeping tabs on you through her account. Might have even commandeered her computer or account with which to do it.
In the absence of that, sheer boredom by a teenager.

This sounds reasonable.
I just don't get how they can put so much effort into keeping tabs on you in oddball ways after saying theyre a lesbian and dont date guys, or that youre stalking them.
It takes a lot out of me just to troll for a bit on 4chan, I cant understand how someone can spend years starting drama over a failed relationship, to the point where they're unable to hold a job or make friends. At some point you'd think the'd get bored of creeping or a family member would step in and say What the heck

I just read some of your story. Sorry for all that you have been through. Have you now blocked the sister and really anyone else associated with this woman?

Blocked my ex's Facebook account.
Blocked my ex's second Facebook account.
Blocked my ex's third Facebook account.
Blocked her sister's Facebook account.
Blocked her sister's second Facebook account.
Blocked her dad's Facebook account.
Blocked my ex on Instagram.
Blocked my ex on Twitter.
Somehow I forsee this triggering feelings of abandonment or whatever and some sort of contact attempt.
