My sister has made herself homeless in LA.  She is borderline, but also suffers from a psychotic delusion of mold infestation in every building, hotel, room and throughout her body.  She is 57.  Can anybody direct me to emergency psychiatric care in Essex County, NJ?  I fear I will need a mobile psychiatric unit within days if not hours of her arrival.  What is the best in patient treatment center in the area?  It can be in another county as long as it is in Northern NJ.
