No doubt about that there is much to complain about when living with a NPD/BPD partner. However in order to maintain mental sanity and grow we must learn to take care of ourselves. To do something just for us.

So today I will meditate and go to the gym. Faith based meditation helps me to sort out my thoughts and calm the mind. Physical activity brakes the isolation and releases all those happy hormons.

What will you do for yourself, just for today?
