The denial, lies, drinking, stealing, and horrible spending habits of my mom constantly tear my family apart. She was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder with Bipolar tendencies when I was 8. Since then, my dad has divorced her. She has been arrested multiple times for DUI's, petty theft, grand theft, and multiple driving infractions. Yet she maintains custody of my little sister and I, gets paid child support, and continues to

o emotionally and physically abuse us. Any help on how to get out of it for  good?

Have you reported the abuse of you and your sister to anyone in authority? (teachers, police, counselors, Child Protective Services, etc?)
