I just wanted to say that I'm in a bad place right now bc of me BPDso and reading everyone's difficult and brave stories has really given me hope (and a kick in the arse) in the last 24 hrs.

hi hojo. glad you're here! this site was a revelation when i arrived. knowing that i wasn't alone in my experiences was a fundamental element in my (ongoing) recovery. we also have lots of readings and workshops so when the time is right please have a look around too.
