Weird dream about the ex

I'm 11 days NC, and doing well generally, although I had a dream I didn't like last night which is the first time i've dreamed about her in a long time to be honest.

In the dream, she called me wanting to meet and telling me it was really important and she needed to talk to me and wanted to open up to me about things. I was reluctant but agreed, she wanted to meet me at her best friends house though. (someone I have met briefly but never had real dialogue with)

Anyway i went to her friends house but BPDex was late as usual so I was talking to the friend, who thought I was a cool guy and seem surprised by it.

BPDex turns up and tells me "i'm with this new guy" and i'm like, "why did you bring me here to tell me this?" and she has no answers. BPDex's friend starts to defend me so BPDex says she's going to leave. i say "no, i'll leave, i'm done with this and i'm done with you, I don't hate you but i don't want to know you anymore, it's always the same with you using me,taking me for granted and then vanishing, this time don't come back, i'm telling you now don't text me when this one goes wrong how much you miss me because i dont want to hear it"

I go to leave and as I get to the door BPDex grabs me, turns me around and kisses me. Then i wake up.

Eugh don't even know why i'm posting this, maybe some dream analysts can decipher it for me.

Im no expert on dreams but it sounds like you wanted validation by having her friend see you as a good guy and see her behaviour first hand. You also wanted to let her know that you'd had enough of her behaviour and were no longer willing to put up with it. Finally you also wanted her to still want you.

I think we all want this.

I think enlighten me is correct. I know i often worry that my ex will lie to her friends and family and get them to think im a jack@ss so it seems logical that your subconscious would try to alleviate such fears. I hate dreams about my ex because im kinda screwed either way. If i have a bad dream it upsets me and if i have a good dream it sucks because imwake up and its not real.
