i visited ; or when i visit, the person subtly changes their posture whilst seated to be somehow inappropriate. or use a 'sultry' voice quite close to me; or etc. it makes me feel angry and i leave and then i feel so depressed i feel physically heavy and tired out to point of needeing to lie down.(this after making a good start to the day )

Hi cobwebfaery,
I can definitely see why this kind of behavior would make your feel so uncomfortable. It does seem totally inappropriate indeed.
Is it the person with BPD in your life that is doing this? If so, has this person always been doing this or did it start at a certain point?

This sounds creepy. What's the downside to asserting a clear boundary, "hey, knock it off!" No Justifying, Accusing, Defending, nor Explaining. Clear, direct. Final.
