Just curious , how long after break up did your ex get engaged or married? My ex got engaged to the OW one month after we got back together from going no contact for several months, he then goes back to the OW and gets engaged 1 month after our break up . Has this ever happened to anyone?

About to find that out myself.

Although, when I kicked him out for one month last year, just a few days out he was trying to get with a woman he met at his new job. Pretty quick if you ask me after 5 years of marriage... .

And, from a lot of posts that I have read here, they are exactly alike or worse than the situation you just described.

to you, I know it's painful. Hopefully you'll receive more responses and in the mean time there is a ton of helpful information on this site that I am still reading. I'm still new here myself.  Smiling (click to insert in post)

In my case: 1 month after the breakup (and in front of my eyes, LOL!).

But she did already have a fling with another man immediately after the breakup (I guess she didn't engage with him since he was not a "so good fit"... .basically he's a coke addict).

Anyway, it's pretty common that BPD sufferers line up a replacement before the breakup or move up extremely quickly. They are what they are.
