Just want that attention back

i have just split with my BPDw. A truly inspirational and consuming character.
There has been so much that's gone on I don't know where to start! She has been so cruel and punishing with the stuff she's said and sent recently.
It's ripping me apart with the knowledge that this time it's for the last time. What I've lost in her, but I do know the benefits of not being with her!
All the abuse and manipulation now gone, for the meanwhile... .it never has lasted long in past but I truly believe she's made up in her head this time, which is what I was waiting for from last time! So I will be free!
Even still, this is gong to be tough. She is almost the sole occupant of my head right now!
I think I am going to need help and guidance through this from people who have had experiences with this disorder! I'm a good reader but typing seems to be conducive to to getting these things from my brain!
Advance thanks for any help! And already gained help from browsing the site.

Welcome!
You seem like you are okay with it being over, which is a head start. I never really got to that point the last time BPDH left me. I knew I would likely be better off in some ways, but I just couldn't believe our marriage would end over so many silly things. Skewed perceptions, and grudges he held onto. Facts he'd twisted to paint me black.
Like you, I lived with wondering which time he'd truly be "done", only to find out he really wasn't done. It can leave you feeling really insecure though, because it's such a roller coaster.
Keep coming here, it really helps to keep things in perspective, whether you do split up, or end up staying.
