I volunteered to help at a charity event with my children and my uBPDh has been dysregulated on and off since I told him about it 2 days ago. He initially said the children couldn't go. They want to go. I know on the day of the event he will try to stop me from going, cause an ugly scene, and likely kick me out. He has threatened to kick me out several times in the last week and has done it in the past.

Is there any way to deal with this? I want to do this event and am tired of always giving in to his demands. I thought about trying to talk to him about it tomorrow (the day before the event) but dread it.

I am open to any advice you might have!
