Is This The Real Deal?

So after a horrible night with my ex we both decided we should do NC and move on with our lives.
We talked about it maturely and politely. Do you think this will stay true or will one of us fall back?
At this point I honestly don't ever wanna talk to him again because he has totally scared me off and made me so pissed off and more hurt than I think anyone has in a long time.
But will he pull a recycle? He kinda ends it but than keeps pushing and pulling me. Last night though it become mutual for me too after how he acted.
Thoughts? Or is there no grantees in life?

Thoughts?
NC only requires one.

He also told me he was gonna save sexual explicit picture of me to look at. I didn't really know what to think of that. I can't tell him what to save in his computer but I just hope it doesn't effect him in contact me in anyway. I won't be saving anything of him.

It takes two people to "recycle". You or he can always say no.
It sounds like you're angry and hurt, and it totally makes sense that you wouldn't want to talk with him ever again. Is there anything that keeps you from doing that? Do you have kids, a house, a workplace, or other shared things that make it necessary to talk with him?

It really depends on what you want. You can be the one that sticks with NC
