My divorce to a dBPDw is almost over, and I am looking forward to moving on and healing. These boards are great and have given me a chance to talk and get support from a non-counseling point of view.

Recently I was talking to a friend whom is still struggle for a failed breakup girlfriend with dBPD(a couple years ago).  We realize how manly could benefit from a maybe a monthly support almost like this "Leaving Board", but something in person.   Does anyone know over have groups of this nature?  I know of family suppport groups of BPD (parents, siblings), and significant other of mental illness, but not just BPD.

If anyone here knows of any it would be helpful.  Anywhere fine because I would even just like to reach out to them and ask what works and what does not work.    ( I am western PA.)

Thank you

I wish I could find a support group that met weekly! I would go! Maybe try CODA . Codenpendant anonymous . Or I tried this one support group where people go that have mental illness and they share their troubles and get feed back from the group! I loved that one! You can call your local hospitals and ask. Or google online. Also maybe you can form a group make a Facebook page and try to put it out there. You can rent space at a VFW hall or something and get donations . You can call local AA or NA places and ask for help in doing that . Maybe they can give you pointers
