Late last night

A couple of days ago I got back on Facebook after a two week break from it for the most part. My ex gf is still friends though she is limiting what I can see. We had talked about it the weekend she left and agreed we would try to be friends. So yesterday I commented on two posts by people dear to her.
So last night she sent me two texts saying how she was hurt that I would comment on her long time friends posts and that it hurt her to see that. That she too is hurting and that she has been left in Ruins and ashes. Can't trust anyone anymore (I never cheated on her at all). And she has to build back self respect instead of self loathing.
I called her and we talked and she was in tears. And I tried to talk to her calmly. She seemed ok by the end. Of course my "maybe we will be together one day" she said she couldn't handle that.
I told her I am more concerned about her emotional health and I told her what I had been reading about BPD. I sent her a link to a video on it. Don't know if she will watch it or even if she does what she will think.
Anyhow I don't know if I should have done that but I did.
I do worry about her. I am still trying to go no contact and then she sent that to me. Although I haven't been good about no contact.
Maybe that's my que.
