I'm following this post.  I could use something to read, too.

Myself, I have read Lundy's "Why Does He Do That?"  I have read a few books on domestic violence on Amazon Kindle app... .

But nothing besides Lundy's book has really helped me.  Before I left, I read the Stop Walking on Eggshells and Splitting, How to Divorce a Narcissist.  I started reading Boundaries, but obviously no matter what boundary I set, my BPD/NPDh was not going to stop.  He blew through every boundary I ever had.

There are three book lists here listed in the footer menu - ranked - top, medium, and general member list.

It's certainly OK to ask here.

The way a book gets on the lists is from members. It works up the list based on member mentions and feedback and general public reading numbers. To get to the top list, the site management has clinical input and we are generally in contact with the authors for those books.

It's an ongoing process.

Getting recommendations from the currently active members today is also good.

Hi Hanging,

I recommend this:  https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=79768.0

It has helped so much with my anxiety and depression.  The book covers a range of topics such as guilt, self-esteem, overcoming negative thoughts, and anger.  There are also examples and exercises in the book which helps integrate the techniques into your every day life.
