Write. Don't send.

I have so many texts from the past and present with my BPDex that I just NEED to share something with sometimes; an observation. Rage, epiphany, etc. What I have been doing for the last 6 months is typing emails or texts with research, links, articles, that I must share.
Then, I save it in draft and forget it. Keep NC.
Ponder it.
Things change so quickly, it is easy to go back to them because of the chaos and hope.
It's like a journal. Never put their name in to 'to' line. Just let it sit. Review later.
I have many drafts in my email. I read them obsessively. Never forgetting how I felt at that moment.
It is not for him, it is for me in the end.

I write letters I do not send. I write poetry. I write songs.
The hard parts are losing your "friend" and wanting to share something they would have enjoyed.
Sometimes I want to share an insightful letter describing what the BPD did with that person and dream of the BPD reacting with the appropriate feelings of guilt and regret. I want that SINCERE "I am sorry" from her.
Never gonna happen, may as well not let her read about what a total piece of garbage she is... .I just can't let myself be the bad guy.
Writing is good
