Trying to Find Help

My child is currently at Willow Springs in Reno. He is timing out soon because of my insurance company not wanting to pay anymore. I am fighting tooth and nail to keep my child in. Diagnosis of depression and suicide (BPD). Also a type 1 diabetic. Hell bent on harm.
DBT has been the only treatment that we have found to be the most effective. If we just had the time. Time is never on our side.
I am completely exhausted fighting everyone just to get help. I am at a loss as to what to do with him when he returns. I am trying to find a DBT therapist in Orange County California. But the problem will be to take him. He becomes noncompliant with therapy, medication and his insulin. I am one person and I need an army. I am not sure where to turn anymore.
I don't want therapy for me. Useless for me. I need action for my son. I am desperate to keep him alive and my hope to make him finally realize that he is better here.
Anything at this point may be useful. I can do the leg work but I need to find a direction to turn.

Hi carmiller12 and welcome to the parenting board, we are glad you are here and sorry to learn that your son is suffering so.
How old is your son and how long has he been at Willow Springs?
Are you involved in his treatment program there... .like family therapy?
I look forward to hearing back from you and helping where I am able. My daughter did 10 months of RTC so I understand your concerns and struggles.
