The other boards on here are great too. The parenting one is very eye opening, as it gives a glimpse into what our current 30 and 40 something BPDs might have been acting like in their teens and twenties. If you've heard your BPD talk about their teen years, you might see some very familiar stories.

My Ex said her mother always thought she was like a little child stamping her foot. She said that the term didn't literally translate into English. She keeps so much hidden, and lives in a secret emotional world, laregely hidden from outsiders. If her parents only knew of a few, key, things... .
My mother closer resembles some of the stories on Parenting.

In my journey I'm no longer interested in getting my PhD in borderline.
