I have started listening to a few hypnosis sessions, just to distress etc, but this one really, really helped. It resonates with so many things I have heard from others on here and is about detaching and letting go.

It will take an hour of your life and I guess it is a bit new agey, but I was churning things over in my head again. Now I'm calm and even smiling. Give it a go if you're suffering, you might be really surprised.

Anybody that's in to hypnosis, this is a guy called Michael Sealey and I've been impressed with his stuff.

No problem at all! I have found hypnosis really helps with a few things, mainly stress. I know it's scary to some people, but it can be really helpful. Michael Sealey's stuff is awesome, and free, which is nice. Have look through his channel and you'll find others that might be even more relevant to your situation, guided forgiveness, clearing negativity, they're surprisingly effective.

No worries, like I said it won't change your life completely, but make it a part of every single day and it will do good things for you!

Glad it helped! I wasn't sure about hypnosis, but I've made it a part of my 'regime' for about 18 months now, not every day but most days, and I do feel stronger, better and  tougher than I did.

Maybe it's all part of a commitment to your own mental health, I used it when my business collapsed and things were looking terrible. I think it has done a lot for me. Michael Sealey is good and free, I also use ErickYounghypnotherapy which costs $10 a month. I think it's worth it.

I find hypnotherapy helpful too Frustratedbloke. I had some NLP hypno when I was in the pits after the break up, found it helpful, although incredibly expensive. I've been using tapes for years and agree, it's a good means of self-help.

I listened to the Michael Sealey and found it helpful, I found the one following on, by Steve Jones, a humdinger for letting go of former relationships. Very good, and effective. Thanks for sharing.

Even if you slept through the session Sunflower, the hypno messages will have been absorbed.
