Bad dreams about ex...

I was wondering if any of you are having bad dreams about your ex? I am starting to out of no where! 2 dreams this past week! A doctor friend of mine said it was my mind sorting out the past... .I just think it's weird how it has been over a year now and I am just starting to "sort it out"... .

Yes, my uBPDh is in my dreams almost every night. It's hard not being able to escape it, even while sleeping. Usually the dreams feel so real and preoccupy my mind all  morning.
