Before you can make things better, you have to stop making them worse... Have you considered that being critical, judgmental, or invalidating toward the other parent, no matter what she or he just did will only make matters worse? Someone has to be do something. This means finding the motivation to stop making things worse, learning how to interrupt your own negative responses, body language, facial expressions, voice tone, and learning how to inhibit your urges to do things that you later realize are contributing to the tensions.

Long story short, dropped my son off at my exes and I have to meet her bf, we start texting later, (go into detail later)

Anyway he's telling me what a horrible man I am for raping her after she overdosed in my apartment.

She did indeed overdose but I was in my bed and she stumbled into my room and fell on my bed, mumbling she overdosed and I jump up and call 911.

Anyway she's doing a number on the new guy, I asked him to read several web sites about BPD. Nope! She's found God and she's chsnging... .

Beware people, I'm lucky I'm not sitting in prison

I'm lucky I'm not in prison, but her new ex will be LOL

Couldn't make this up if I tried

Hello Turkish

She was texting me and then her new bf started in, we were discussing visitation times.

So I'm not sure where she said it but it sure is disturbing, I can't imagine what else but she's told me things that were so outrageous I dismissed them. Isn't this exactly what pwBPD do?

Victum in everything?

Just creeps me out.
