I want to create a playlist to help myself through everything.
In my sadder moments I have:
Evanescence - The Last Song I'm Wasting On You (although a lot of the Evanescence songs are incredibly relevant).
Katy Perry - Grace of God
More confident times:
Anything else by Katy Perry - Firework, Roar, Rise.
Sia - Bird Set Free
Anyone have any suggestions?
Not Adele. I love her but Someone Like You is quite possibly the least relevent song at this moment.

As a little insight, here is the famous Amy Lee (Evanescence front woman) in an interview about her husband. The key part is how she explains about turning anger and hate into pity and love. And also how people like this are projecting their hurt onto you.
It's also worth noting she is still married and they have a child together. She is also releasing a children's album this month. She's clearly in a better place and it proves that you can find REAL love and also what that should feel like.
I personally felt alone in the relationship and carrying it, but here she explains it's a partnership.

Relating to BPD: Goo Goo Dolls-long way down, Puddle of Mudd-she f***ing hates me.
Hello by Adele screams BPD.
Relating to life: 3 Doors Down-many tracks, Pop Evil-torn to pieces, Aaron Lewis/Fred Durst-outside.
Feeling good: John Farnham-thunder in your heart, Robert Tepper-no easy way out, Kenny Loggins-danger zone, Jimi Hendrix-voodoo child, Bon Jovi-wanted dead or alive.

Kanye West's album "808s and heartbreak" is one that I never really liked at the time but I've come to appreciate it as good somber music when dealing with this whole detachment process. Nothing really to do with BPD but just breakups and heartbreak in general. It's interesting to think that someone as rich/famous/powerful as Kanye could also go through such emotional pain at the hands of a failed relationship.
