My petition:

Propose limits and barriers for people with Machiavellian personality disorders.

There is hard scientific literature exploring the nature of so called Machiavellian or "evil" genes: Psychopathy, Borderline Personality Disorder, Sociopathy, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Sadism I propose that people diagnosed with these be banned from attaining and holding positions of power

It is inconceivable that people who neurologically and biologically lack emotional responses and empathy of other human beings should have power over the public People with these traits in power have the potential for misery, with genocides, wars, mass murders, and don't have the ability to "care" Well researched literature regarding the genetic and otherwise basis of these claims are in "Evil Genes" by Barbara Oakley but also easily confirmed through empirical observation and by professionals

Can you explain this a bit more?

Barabara Oakley is an engineer who wrote a "point of view" book suggesting that there are gaps in psychological research surrounding the study of "successfully sinister" individuals — those who show subclinical symptoms of personality disorders, and who are found in positions of authority in politics, religion, business, and academia. Her use of the term "genes" is metaphorical, no one has actually identified genes for these conditions.

Some questions that come to mind... .

1. What is the test? Does it include depression, addictive personality, as well a personally disorders? 28% of the population have clinical levels of these in any single year. If we add subclinical, it could double that.
2. Who takes it? How often is it taken? Will there be a registry?
3. What happens if someone is positive - what restriction will they have - can they manage a McDonald's?
4. When will they be tested - will a future Catholic Cardinal be tested before he is ordained, or before he is accepted to seminary or before he is accepted to college?
