MULTIPLE unprotected casual sexual partners in the last two months
Impulsive spending
Fantasies that you will never live up to
Constantly seeks male attention
Consistently lied to you to cover up behaviors
Infidelities
Irrational when upset
Silent treatment when behavior is questioned
“Love” is not selfless love you are capable of feeling
She used you to avoid responsibilities
Lied about affair in 2011
Had another affair during school that you helped make possible
“I want to be with you but I don’t know how”
Childlike behavior
Selfish
Unwilling to help with household duties
You were her “knight in shining armor” - she was not yours
Said she’d be there for you forever and care for you during illness
Concerns not reciprocated - “you love yourself you don’t need me”
Projected falsehoods to your family members before leaving
Passive-aggressiveness
Your willingness to help her has only hurt YOU and left you feeling emptiness
Had an affair during planning of and maintained contact throughout your daughter’s wedding
Done NOTHING to facilitate divorce - you’ve done EVERYTHING
What do you guys think? I'm sure many others can post their own

looks good bestintentions, it is helpful to have a list of why the r/s did not work for you.
I would add not wanting to be verbally assaulted any longer... .
