I'm sorry you find the weekends difficult. They should be something you look forward to and enjoy. I used to find the weekends difficult because I imagined he'd be off with others, but for some reason that doesn't bother me so much anymore. It's the week I find difficult now because I have to face everything. I hope you plan something really nice for next weekend and it's better for you.

Sundays for me are typically the worst... .My T explained weekends are normally couples time so its likely you'll feel blue/think about things. Best thing to do is to keep super busy, always try to have something planned. Lots more golf for me on Sundays now
