BPD anger

Im just looking for coping methods and ways to help my partner with his anger he has impulsive type BPD. I'm feeling a little lost today, usually I can deal with it, I'm just looking to see what others do to help when their partner struggles with anger

When he has an angry outburst, what do you usually do?

That's the part of the equation easiest to handle, though there are some relationship and communication skills earlier in the wind-up that can help prevent things from getting worse.

How often does he have angry outbursts? Are there triggers you can identify?
