Xw's BF texts s10 when it is my access time. It's bad enough he gets to see s10 more than I do but to text as well on my access time is unnecessary. He is either as bad as she is or is being manipulated into being an enabler. I have emotionally detached and can look from the outside and clearly see that everything about Xw is devious manuplation and emotional abuse of anyone in a close r/s with her.

I saw your thread on the legal board that court didn't go well.  That seems like a kick in the teeth... .

How does it look now regarding a boundary with the texting?

Hi Turkish, it was a kick in the teeth, waiting until December 7 for the judges decision is nerve wrecking.

This will be my first weekend access since court, I will have to wait and see. I brought up the texting in court. Xw lawyer fought me on it, Xw denied the texting, even had proof of Xw and her BF texting s10 on my access time to go with them, something the court order clearly forbids her to do and she still weaselled some kind of justification out of it.

I bet you're feeling a lot of stress. Keep the texts as records. S10's time with you is his time. Is there a mute option in the text message inbox, you'll still receive text but won't get an indicator ? Maybe mute the thread as a boundary when it's your access time then unmute when it's switch on / switch off day.
