Welcome Ohhappydaze: I'm sorry to hear that your mom has BPD traits and may have BPD. It usually doesn't go well, when you tell someone you think they have BPD. Best to focus on you and how you interact and react with your mom.

A good place to start is with setting up some boundaries with your mom. Boundaries are for your benefit and are up to you to enforce. They aren't something your mom will want or agree with, but they can add some sanity to your life.
