This is a safe place to share.  I have an undiagnosed sister who seems to be a high-functioning person with BPD.

When you feel ready, tell us what is going on with your sister?  How can we help?

I, too, have a BPD sister. I have basically cut all contact except for email. I am not suggesting you do that. Guilt and sadness are the two big emotions I deal with. I am choosing not to see her for Christmas this year. I don't feel strong enough emotionally. It has been very scary for me, and doubly hard for me to accept I have a sister who is mentally ill. I am here to listen.
