She showed up at my work on day 92 of hard NC. I ignored her and went out the back. Have not heard anything since.

Don't ever be sure you are in the clear.

Yeah not too bad. It was triggering in the moment but I was pretty much fine within an hour. It just came as a surprise as I've not heard hide nor hair of her in 3 months. And she knows where I work and there is no other reason for her to come in other than for me to see her.

Haven't heard anything since which is good.
