My partner of 14 years just left for California.

I have been living and walking on eggshells most of my 14 year relationship with my partner.
I am 74. We own a house together. Two months ago He left to drive to LA and gave me a note and five minutes notice.
Except for details of selling the house (per a previous written agreement) he has invoked "no contact." I get it now and won't try any more to get in touch.
I am now in individual therapy and starting a DBT group.
I am co-dependent, child of an alcoholic, divorced once and widowed once.
I still love my partner but I need so much help because he is not good for me and clearly I do not have skills to deal with him now that I want to have higher standards in how I am treated. I need support to start getting clarity about myself and my life.
Thanks.
