My child we suspect has BPD, we keep helping her by giving her money, listening at all hours. We have tried supportive love, tough love, rehab, but nothing has worked.  She wants to move across the country, we bought the tickets but I dont know if that was the right thing to do or not. So confused and tired.  HELP

Sorry you are experiencing all this. There are wonderful people in here with LOTS of experience. There are also excellent lessons not he right hand side of the page worth reading.

I don't have any specific advice but others will. Perhaps if you write some more details of your situation more people will have insight and advice.

Good luck and hugs.

Hello quiltingmama I'd like to join hope2727 in welcoming you to bpdfamily parenting board

I'm sorry from what you say it's no wonder you are tired and confused dealing with the situation, we all come here for help as you'll see from reading our journeys, you are not alone.  Dealing with our BPD loved ones can be stressful and it's important we care for ourselves first as you'll often read here.

How old is your daughter, what are her plans moving across country, what are your imminent concerns quiltingmama?
