Some words of encouragement to those who find themselves missing their BPD mate. It's normal and healthy to feel the emotions. It's called grief. The stages of grief in no particular order are: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance - Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.

Some find themselves experiencing all (5) stages of grief, others a few.
It's normal to ruminate on the past, however the way forward is the only path which will provide self reliance, emotional strength and fulfilling happiness. No man or woman is emotionally attractive to another healthy individual when they are in emotional pain. Ok, how many of you are attracted to someone seriously suffering from the flu? The same applies to the condition you find yourself in now.

Tonight, listening to Ray Charles Anthology CD - an early in the relationship gift from my former BPD SO lady of life.  It brought me warm and pleasant thoughts. Great music, nice memories of us dancing to Ray Charles songs of life. That was then this is now. Life is always forward and you Guys and Gals need to do the same.

For the guys reading this, put your big boy pants on, regain your manhood and go conquer whatever mountain is in your life! Women in general and more significantly, BPD woman, despise weakness. The fact your SO/W/H could manipulate your behavior, set the devaluation phase
into motion.  As soon as the replacement buys into the manipulation the cycle repeats. Sure as the sun rises and sets.

Watch the DVD - RAY, life story of Ray Charles. Now this man had demons beginning in his childhood.  Yet, Ray Charles, in spite of his demons was a successful, creative, driven, composer, musician and businessman extraordinare.

Yes, with professional help Ray Charles conquered his addictions; inspiring a generation of men and women with his music.

Be Strong and God Bless.
