Beware of Junk Psychology... Just because it's on the Internet doesn't mean it's true. Not all blogs and online "life coaches" are reliable, accurate, or healthy for you. Remember, there is no oversight, no competency testing, no registration, and no accountability for many sites - it is up to you to qualify the resource. She interacted with me last night at work (only a tiny bit) and it seemed like the most glorious thing in the whole world like the weight of the world and my sadness had been lifted!

Why is this?

Your brain region where memories are stored was stimulated again like a hit of dope. Through longing for the high of initial idealization, you have become a victim of learned conditioning like Pavlov's dog. She once again altered the chemicals in your brain like dope. The neurotransmitter dopamine was released into the nucleus accrumbens, and produced pleasure. Oh sure they might put on a nice act when they come back around for a few days or weeks, but it is not going to be the same, or last as long as their initial first idealization phase of you. You've had a relapse. Stay strong. It will pass.

I have been having issues with my brain... .I have had a ton of testing done.  Doctors think it's just migraines but it's the weirdest feeling in the world. I don't think it's migraines... .

When she interacted with me it was as if my mind was restored... .I felt like a million bucks.  Has she destroyed something in my head?

I know it's messed up thinking but I can't help but think she did that to me? with all the stress of the breakup I also found out I have a brain aneurysm so idk what is going on but it's super weird. I don't think anyone will really understand.

I have the same feeling in my head. I feel like I'm trying to quit smoking. It's like a vice grip at the back of my neck. I'm so sick of feeling this way, but I certainly empathize with how you feel. I hope it's nothing serious for you
