They keep her around cause she has no where to go but I could care less at this point whenever she gets into a meltdown she starts slamming stuff swearing and so on she hurls insults towards me and if I respond my grandparents tell me to back off and that shes "Not well" I can tell but how long does this go until we boot her from the house? she has consistently used her BPD as a way to excuse her nasty words and actions and I'm not having it the next time she does it I will physically remove her or call the cops cause having to walk on eggshells around her is hell and my grandparents won't do anything cause there hearts are too good and she sees that which is why she feels so bold idk what to do I have nowhere to go and feel lost and lonely.

Hi Fixx and welcome to the forums. I'm really sorry you're going through this and many here have lived in toxic households because of a BPD sibling or other relative. It's no fun at all.
Few questions.
1) How old are you? Do you have to stay with your grandparents?
2) When your sister is off the rails, do you have anywhere else you can stay? Even if it's getting away for a few hours?
3) What usually sets your sister off? Talk a few scenarios out for us so we can give better direct advice.
In your situation, the best initial move is to stay away from your sister as much as possible when she's dysregulated. You may want to consider therapy or counseling for yourself as well; tons of folks here have found it invaluable living in these types of situations.
Please tell us how we can help!
