Highly Recommend Reading: Fight Right

Hello everyone. I wanted to recommend a book to everyone that has been incredibly insightful to me. The book is called Fight Right: How Successful Couples Turn Conflict Into Connection and it is written by John and Julie Gottman. Unfortunately, i discovered this book after my relationship ended, but I wanted to share it with everyone here in hopes it could benefit you. It is truly one of the most insightful books I have ever read and really helped me understand my role in the failure of my relationship.
I highly recommend it to anyone navigating difficult relationship dynamics, especially those involving BPD. The book provides practical tools for managing conflict in a way that fosters connection instead of distance. The book focuses on how to communicate and resolve issues without escalating tensions.
I have linked it below. Please note that I have no affiliation of any type with this book and simply want to pass along in hopes of helping a community that has been helpful to me.
