Friendships with someone with BPD can be challenging. You can't change them, but gaining an understanding of their mental disorder and learning better ways to interact with them and react to them can make the relationship more peaceful.
There is a large green band at the very top of this page. You will find a "Tools" menu within the band. The links in the "Tools" menu can be a good place to start your learning journey.
